The Discovery Sales Representative speaks with guests with the intention of converting guests into Vacation Club Owners after the guests have attended a full presentation.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Presents information to the guest on the benefits of vacation ownership with Capital Vacations, LLC.
  • 10-year Term Product
  • Shows the guest the benefit of owning with Capital Vacations
  • Builds the dream of vacation for the guest
  • All other duties as assigned

Education, Essential Training / Certifications, and Experience:

  • High School diploma/GED preferred
  • Maintain 10% closing, measured by monthly sales reports
  • Experience in timeshare sales a plus

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism
  • Excellent customer services skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Shift:

  • Daytime hours
  • Weekends required
