Capital Vacations is seeking a dynamic and results-driven In-House Sales Manager to lead our high-energy sales team in Pigeon Forge, TN. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, coaching and developing team members, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our owners and guests. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate an in-house sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct daily meetings and training sessions to enhance performance and maintain a high-energy sales culture.
• Monitor and analyze team performance, providing coaching and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring a consultative, needs-based sales approach.
• Work closely with marketing, resort operations, and senior leadership to maximize efficiency and sales opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Active Timeshare Sales License (or ability to obtain one).
• Proven experience in timeshare sales management, with a track record of leading top-performing teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment.
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
