Transportation is not provided for events and activities. Retail value excludes transportation to and from the Resort, airfare, meals, gratuities, reservation processing fees if applicable, hotel/accommodation and other taxes, and other incidentals, which are not included in this Offer, and which are the sole responsibility of Owner. Eligibility: The Links Golf Resort Owners interested in this offer must: (i) be current with all financial and maintenance fee obligations with respect to your The Links Golf Resort deeded ownership (ii) possess and present at the “Capital Vacations Club Sales Presentation” (“Sales Presentation”) a valid government issued photo identification (i.e. driver’s license, passport (required for Canadian residents), or USCIS Form I-555 alien registration card; (iii) present a valid personal major credit card (no debit cards are accepted); (iv) have not have attended a Sales Presentation in the last 90 days; and (v) must attend all scheduled events including the approximately 60-90 minute Sales Presentation. This offer is limited to one per Owner.
